Whiteprint provides automated conversion of 3D CAD files (STEP format) into production-ready 2D technical drawings. Our service includes view selection, dimensioning, and export to various formats (PDF, DXF, SVG).

3. User Accounts

To use Whiteprint, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer our algorithms
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the service

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the CAD files you upload and the drawings generated from them. We claim no ownership over your designs.

Our Service: The Whiteprint platform, including its algorithms, software, and documentation, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, generated drawings should be reviewed by qualified engineers before use in production. We are not liable for errors in output or any damages resulting from use of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whiteprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
